volunteer time with groups working with the disabled in your home town. Share details of these organisations with us. We will be happy to post these on the SAMUHA web page. Your information could help someone else get in touch with these organisations. We could even end up with an Internet disability network!
become a SAMUHA Town Crier - setup a SAMUHA group in your home town to raise resources for SAMUHA’s different activities - sell SAMUHA cards drawn by disabled children
beome a SAMUHA Sponsor, contribure US$20 or its equivalent in your currency, and help create oppotunities for people in need
become a SAMUHA Friend, make a one-time contribution, and help SAMUHA reach out to more people in need
print out a SAMUHA poster and post it on your office notice board, next to the water coller, the coffee machine ...you might just make someone’s day
